• Location Data: Only when you explicitly share your location (Night Guard mode or SOS)

• To provide the check-in and guardian notification features
• To share your location with your designated guardians (only when you choose to)
• To send push notifications for alerts and reminders
• To improve our app and services

Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

• Your designated guardians: Check-in status and location (when shared)
• Emergency services: Only if you enable auto-call 911 feature

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services in the United States.

Your Rights

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Disable location sharing
• Remove guardians from your account

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check in?

Simply open the app and tap the large “CHECK IN” button. Your guardians will be notified immediately.

How do I add a guardian?

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap “Invite Guardian”
3. Share the invite code with your guardian
4. They enter the code in their app

How does Night Guard work?

When you tap “Going Out”, your live location is shared with your guardians until you stop sharing or reach your destination.

How do I trigger SOS?

Long-press the red SOS button for 3 seconds. All your guardians will be notified with your location.

Is my location always tracked?

No! Your location is only shared when:

• You manually start Night Guard mode
• You trigger an SOS alert

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to bottom → tap “Delete Account”
